Heelstraps Shipping Information
Orders Within the U.S.
Shipping is charged to all U.S. addresses at a rate of $4.99
for orders up to 4 pairs to any U.S. address. Heelstraps does not profit on your shipping charge.
The cost only covers our bare minimum cost of postage,
shipping and handling.
After placing your Heelstraps order your shipment will be
sent to you via First Class Mail. Worst case, shipments
will be sent within 1 to 2 business days but usually are
sent the next business day your order is received. If you require faster service, |

888-365-5914. For an extra cost we would be happy to ship your Heelstraps
via FedEx next day or 2nd day air. Typically First
Class
Mail shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 business days to
locations within the U.S.
Orders To Canada
Priority
Mail Shipping costs with the US Post Office to
Canada have recently increased. The cost to ship up to 5 pairs is $10.99 via International Priority
Mail for 3 to 5 day service. The alternative option
costs only $4.99 via First Class U.S.
Mail (7 to 10 days). Please send us an
email for shipping quotes on larger orders. Please
be sure to choose Canada in your address during checkout and
select your preferred International shipping option. If you
need faster service, give us a
call and we will be happy to send your Heelstraps via Fedex
for the cost of the charges by the carrier.
Orders Outside The U.S.
For $14.99,
Heelstraps will ship up to 10 pairs (clear or colors) to
Australia and nations throughout Europe (including the U.K.) via Priority
Mail International.
Please be sure to enter your exact shipping address in the
comments portion of your order and/or email it to us at
info@heelstraps.com.
Estimated delivery is 3 to 4 weeks. Note, we have had
some issues with shipments to the U.K. where the U.S. takes
up to 6 weeks so please be aware that standard shipping
while it does not travel by sea it may feel like a very slow
boat. If you need faster shipping just email us at

and we would be happy to let you know the most cost
effective options.
If you are having problems placing an international order,

address.
Customers requesting shipments outside the
U.S. are responsible for any duty that has to be paid to customs officials. An invoice including the
amount paid is included with each order for your records and
when customs evaluates the product for purposes of charging
appropriate local taxes and fees. |
