Heelstraps include a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We
want you to be totally happy with your purchase and if you
are not, please send us an email, let us know your concerns
and we will be happy to refund your purchase.
Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

in mind that as
with any pair of shoes, whether high heels, mules, pumps or
flip flops, no product can guarantee against tripping,
falling or carelessness. Heelstraps.com LLC wants you
to be more comfortable in your favorite strapless heels but
Heelstraps are not designed to stabilize your shoes, prevent
tripping or falling. |

Heelstraps.com LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, Heelstraps.com LLC will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective components, which fail to function in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer
is responsible for return shipping cost. Heelstraps are designed to enhance the comfort of the wearer’s strapless heeled shoes.
This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise.
In no event shall Heelstraps.com LLC be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or from defects in the product.
Heelstraps.com LLC retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
